Khurasan Saucer Head Droids & GZG old NI 18mm minis

These are the Khurasan Saucer Head Droids & GZG old NI 18mm minis.

The droids come in a different than normal design as they have no base, so would be perfect for those that use transparent bases.

These are quite lovely & unique sculpts, especially with their saucer crab like heads + eyes. 

If you want strange droids in your games, then these are your guys. 

They would be great for hordes and the carbine armed ones can be converted to close combat ones with some work.

Perhaps Khurasan might also make them in 8 mm scale also, someday.

The Old GZG NI are pure 15mm & so on the smaller scale but they're still useful as minis go.

These are GZG Tomorrow's War 18mm minis.

2 different sets & both are great as scifi minis.

DPRG ( Brownish ones ) & US ( Greenish ones ).

PA is also GZG but I forgot which faction😑

The jet bikes are superb. A big hunk of metal goodness.😎 A space Harley ?

The Atlas minis was a failed & then converted 3D print.

The Power Armour is 3D printed also. 

Black undercoat, rust brown zenithal, red base base then washes.

GZG 18mm Colonial Militia

Another great set by GZG. 

These infantry can easily be used as Scifi Afrika Korps.

I think I have run out of GZG infantry to paint 😑

Plus 3D printed PA & Mechs.

from Papsikels ( come to think of it , these would make nice Necron Proxies ).

GZG Lunar 18mm minis

Hello again all,

These are my Chinese ( Reddish Brass Visor ) & British ( Golden Visor ) Lunar infantry.
Very nice minis.

Mechs are 3D printed.

Still have to do vehicles or landers.

With hindsight, I should have taken the photos on a neutral background. Seems the paint job did it's work to camo them.😉

GZG - 18mm FSE

Hello again all,

Just finished my GZG - 18mm FSE .

Another great faction by Ground Zero Games.

Still waiting for his new stuff as I'm running out of 18mm metal minis to paint.

I have said it before & I will say it again, nothing beats the weight of metal figs ( perhaps because I'm old school ).

Unless one is doing conversions ( off course ) then plastic figures & vehicles are the best.

3d printing is great for versatility /huge choice , especially if one can use a 3d prog.

I added a Khurasan vehicle ( which I had for ages ) + another 2 scratchbuilt / 3d printed ones.

Also added 3d printed mechs & power armour which I found free on thingyverse ( If I remember correctly ) and Rebel minis tracked drones plus scratchbuilt sprue mortars/light artillery.
